A little warmth and interest goes a very long way. Here&#039;s an example:

I had an issue with a box of tissues today and called the Customer Care line at  SCA Hygiene. I left a message and the guy called me back and left a lovely message. He really wanted to hear from me. I called him and he was very open, listened well and handled the feedback really well. He was a model of customer care.

It doesn&#039;t take much to make a huge difference.</description>
