		<description>This post resonates with me; I&#039;m happier, and I think smarter as well when I am out and about as much as when I am reclining.

I play &lt;a href=&quot;http://capoeira.org.nz/&quot; rel=&quot;nofollow&quot;&gt;capoeira&lt;/a&gt; regularly, and it&#039;s interesting how many programmers there are  in the group - far more than there should be. It&#039;s a great tonic for people who spend too much time alone at a desk: social and physical and musical and co-operative and competitive, all at once.

My mission for this year is to spend less time in front of a screen and more time on my feet, or hands, or head, or any other body part than my bum.</description>
